Mythic Gems

Mythic Gems is a strategy-based board game for 2-5 players that plays differently every time you open the box. It relies on memory and forethought to outwit the other players, but the complexity and length of play is largely driven by the group playing the game. As you place your Action Tokens on the boards, will you remember what you laid down as the boards start to move or will you unknowingly activate one of your own traps? Work your way through the different paths, collect the Mythic Gems from each environment, and beat your competitors to the finish to win the game.

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to allow a return or exchange of the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit. Please reach out to us at tntcreativegaming@gmail.com to notify us of your intent to return a product. 

To make a return:

• Items must be unopened
• Items must still be in their original packaging
• Items must not be damaged nor show signs of wear
• You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.

To return a product, send the product back to PO Box 293, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 via mail along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Charges for shipping within the continental United States as of the last Policy update are outlined below.

• Shipment cost for 1 Game: $8
  Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
• Shipment cost for 2 Games: $10
  Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
• Shipment cost for 3-5 Games: $14
  Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

TNT Creative Gaming Online Store ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

TNT Creative Gaming Online Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

TNT Creative Gaming Online Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
