1 Week Out...ish - November 6th Launch!!

Now, as with most of our updates, I wanted to give a little background into how we submitted our project on Kickstarter so you can understand a bit of what we've been up to lately. The process is pretty straightforward and Kickstarter does a great job of helping out along the way but there are two deadlines that need to be met before your project receives approval for launch. The first deadline is about 10 days before you launch and you need to verify your payment method and your background information. Obviously this is an important step because this is how we will be receiving the funding to bring this project to life. As for the background information, that was a pretty easy one to fill out. I mean, we're identical twins so trying to remember Ben's date of birth is as easy as trying to remember my date of birth.
The next deadline is to submit the finalized project page to Kickstarter for review to make sure your project meets the platform guidelines. In order to meet our launch date of November 6th, we needed to submit our project for review by today. Thankfully, we are a little ahead of schedule and submitted it this past Saturday. This process can typically take up to 2-3 days. As luck would have it, that review process took a whopping 20 seconds. Guess we knocked it out of the park with our attention to detail and stellar page (humble brag)!
The waiting period before our launch has already proven to be quite nerve wracking. I don't even want to think about how it will feel during the 30 day campaign. Guess we shall see when it actually happens.
The next week is going to be full of in person, online, and print media advertising. Give us a hand and spread the word if you're willing and able. Be ready to see some more content coming soon. In the meantime, wish us luck and enjoy this fun 1 week out video!
